Everything's "OK"

Welcome to the NØOK dot com website. I've been a "Ham" since July of 1965 when I received the callsign of WNØPDA. I became a Technician Class operator a year later with the callsign of WAØPDA. Over the years I upgraded to the ranks of General, Advanced and finally obtained the Extra Class license in 1994. When the vanity callsigns became available I chose the callsign of NØOK.

I enjoy ragchewing, DXing, contesting, QRP and working many digital modes. I also like to experiment with wire antennas for the low bands. I can usually be found in the DX windows of 20, 40, 80 or 160 meters looking for DX at grayline.

My QTH is located in the farming country of East Central Minnesota, 50 miles N.N.W. of Minneapolis and 5 miles S.E. of Milaca.
